My name is Melina Camey. I am a massage therapist and holistic health practitioner who specializes in Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. My practice is located in the coastal community of Del Mar and I also offer outcall massage services to the surrounding communities of La Jolla, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Carmel Valley and Rancho Santa Fe.

The focus of my work is to facilitate the body's inherent self healing process to relieve stress, promote relaxation and create balance for my clients. I love what I do because the gentle nature of energy work allows me to help all clients regardless of their current medical condition; plus I am able to offer Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reflexology for clients who prefer a more vigorous massage.

My mission is to create a safe, peaceful and supportive environment where you can feel relaxed, leave your worries at the door and concentrate on your own health and well being. 

My goal is to custom design your massage session to meet your current needs: whether that be pain relief, stress reduction or simply relaxation and creating balance in your life. I believe that massage therapy is a valuable tool for healing the body, mind and spirit, and the results carry over to manifest positive change in other aspects of your life.
